Common questions

Photos aren’t loading or the map is empty
The app is offline-first — force-quit and reopen it. If a fresh install shows the same thing, email me with your device model.
Where is my print order?
Prints are hand-delivered locally in Rapid City, usually within a week. Your Stripe receipt is the order confirmation — reply to it or email me directly.
Can I get a refund on a print?
Yes — if a print arrives damaged or you’re unhappy with it, email me within 14 days for a replacement or full refund.
How do I submit my own photo?
Use the Submit tab in the app. Submissions are reviewed before they appear.
Privacy
The app collects no personal data beyond what you submit yourself. Print orders are processed by Stripe; I never see your card details.
