Replies usually within a day or two. Include your device model and iOS/Android
version for app issues, or your order confirmation for print questions.
Common questions
- Photos aren’t loading or the map is empty
- The app is offline-first — force-quit and reopen it. If a fresh install shows
the same thing, email me with your device model.
- Where is my print order?
- Prints are hand-delivered locally in Rapid City, usually within a week. Your
Stripe receipt is the order confirmation — reply to it or email me directly.
- Can I get a refund on a print?
- Yes — if a print arrives damaged or you’re unhappy with it, email me within
14 days for a replacement or full refund.
- How do I submit my own photo?
- Use the Submit tab in the app. Submissions are reviewed before they appear.
- Privacy
- The app collects no personal data beyond what you submit yourself. Print
orders are processed by Stripe; I never see your card details.
